The 14 days of exploring Uganda will take you to various destinations that are uniquely gifted by Nature and rich in Culture. The Tour will include visiting 6 major Uganda National Parks that offer different activities like Game safaris, Boat cruises, Chimpanzee tracking, Gorilla trekking, Forest walks, Mountain climbing, Golden monkey tracking, solar eclipse monument of 1520 AD, Crater drive, White water rafting, Hiking on top of the falls and many more.

Uganda is a boiling Pot of over 50 tribes, hence the reason for its rich diversity in culture. The tour will also introduce you to various rich cultural sites like Kasubi Tombs, (Buganda Kingdom shrine) Tooro Kingdom palace, Igongo cultural centre, visiting Batwa community (Bushmen) to mention but a few. Different cuisines will be tasted, cultural norms explained and traditional dances experienced.

Day 1-Entebbe-Kampala

Pick up from Entebbe international Air Port to Kampala. The drive is to take 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. On arrival to your lodge, the driver guide will brief you about the highlights of the Tour.

Day 2- Kampala- Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary-Murchison Falls National Park

Duration: 8 hours

The driver guide will pick you up at exactly 8:00 AM to kickoff your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you will branch off to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for tracking the Southern White Rhinos whose home in Uganda is only in Ziwa.

After tracking, the journey is to continue to Murchison Falls National Park. While driving through the Park, a variety of mammal species like Olive Baboons roaming around the car for edibles, Bushbucks, Warthogs and beautiful sceneries of Budongo Forest canopy are some of the interesting flora and fauna to look out for before arriving to our final destination.

Day 3- Game Safari-Boat cruise

Very early in the morning at 6:30AM you will have breakfast and the guide will be ready by 7:00 AM for your first safari in the plains of Murchison falls National Park where you are likely to have a glance at the Cats (Lions and Leopards,) Hartebeests, Baboons, Buffalos, and Giraffes among others under the guidance of our professional Guides. The glamorous landscape and different vegetation covers are also features to look out for.

The game drive will last for 4-5 hours, and then head back to the Lodge for Lunch.

In the afternoon at 2:00 PM, you will have a boat cruise at the Victoria Nile where you expect to view the strength of the magnificent falls plunging 45 meters below through a narrow 7 meters width gorge whose park’s name was derived. You will as well encounter Hippos yawning for a long day spent in the waters, Buffalos in their herds and Crocodiles sun bathing for rejuvenation so as to have a fresh start in the hunt of both beneath the water and on land. Bird lovers will have a variety to watch since most of the raptors are always alongside the Nile catching Fish. Some of the birds are the African fish Eagles, Pied Kingfishers, cormorants and many more.  All the above are to be viewed up close and personal.

Boat cruise is to last for 3 hours.

Day 4- Murchison Falls-Kibale National Park


Duration: 6 hours

The driver guide will help you check out after breakfast and embark on a long Journey to Kibale National Park. Along the way, the ever happy Ugandans will be waving farewell as the stunning views of local infrastructure and landscape sceneries create smiles on your faces.

Day 5

After early morning breakfast, Chimpanzee tracking in the morning within the thick wonderland Forest of Kibale National Park is another fascinating activity to look out for!! Other primates to encounter are the black and white Columbus monkeys, Red Tailed, Lhotse Monkeys among other mammals.

We will check out after the above activity and head over to Fort Portal town which is known to be home to the youngest king in the world. Lunch at the Gardens restaurant is our next item on the menu. We are likely to visit the Palace and get to meet the happy people of Tooro Kingdom and learn more of their culture before driving to Rwenzori Mountains National Park. Night to be spent in Kasese town.

Day 6

Very early in the morning, drive off to Rwenzori Mountaineering services for Briefing and followed by trekking through Mubuku river trail before ascending to a steep ridge of Glacier moraine to Nyabitaba hut that is on an elevation of 2651 meters above the sea level. When at the Camp, you will have stunning views of Portal peaks in the North. After our day trekking, we’ll head to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an afternoon boat cruise at Kazinga Channel. Along the channel, animals to expect are the Hippos, Buffaloes, Giant forest hogs, Water bucks, Crocodiles, Nile monitor Lizards and various colorful bird species at their bird sanctuary.

The night is to be spent at the stunning Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 7

Early in the morning, a cup of coffee will be waiting. At exactly 6:30 AM we will drive off to Kasenyi plains for a game drive in search of Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, Elephants, Uganda Kobs, Hyenas and many more of the 95 mammal species that the Park boosts. The activity will take us three hours and retire for breakfast.

After breakfast, the guide will help you check out with Packed Lunch as you prepare for a long drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Along the way, the guide is to drive via Ishasha in search of the tree climbing Lions, have lunch and continue with the journey.

The night is to be spent at Lake Bunyonyi over land Resort.

Day 8

In the morning, the activity on the menu is Gorilla trekking. This historical activity comes with a guarantee of rubbing shoulders with Gorillas as the new saying goes with our clients. (Watching Gorillas) Trekking may take 2-6 hours depending on your Luck. One hour is guaranteed for watching Gorillas. There are other various attractions to encounter during the activity, such are the Elephants, endemic bird species like the African Green Pitta, other primates, over 200 butterfly species, the forest walk and beautiful sceneries of the forest canopy.

.Later in the afternoon, you are to tour some of the 29 islands that are found at lake Bunyonyi and get to know their history by canoe riding. An example can be Akampene island that used to be a punishment island for unmarried pregnant girls who would be transported and abandoned with a log so as to starve and die or fight their way back through swimming with the use of the log. Men who used not to have cattle for bride price would go to the island to pick a partner at no cost.

Another activity to look out for is visiting the Batwa (Bush men) community whose life still rotates on the ancient uncivilized man’s life of Stone Age regardless of government’s efforts to introduce them to modern ways of living. There rich culture is fascinating to watch in terms of their social, political and economic set up.

Day 9

After checkout, next destination is Mgahinga National Park that is famously known for being part of the Virunga Volcanoes which make up eight mountains that are shared amongst three countries namely; Rwanda, Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo. Beautiful sceneries of the active volcanoes are one to look out for when trekking Golden Monkeys.

Night is to be spent at Lake Mutanda Resort.

Day 10

After Trekking, the Journey will lead us to Lake Mburo National Park in the land of Ankole culture that are famously known for their long horned Cattles which graze with Wildlife like Zebras, Elands, Buffaloes, Giraffes and many more animal species. A night is to be spent at Rwakobo Rock Lodge. In the evening, we may go for nature walk or a game drive as you may wish.

Day 11

After one of the activities being conducted in the evening of our arrival, a series of other activities can be conducted according to the wish of clients. Some of these activities are; Horseback riding in the Park, Nature walk and game drive. However, a choice will be made before the time of the activity. This may as well come with costs if the chosen activity is not in the itinerary Tour Costing.

After breakfast, the Guide will check you out and start a long journey back to kampala. Along the way, you will visit Igongo cultural museum, the solar eclipse monument of 1520 AD and the Equator of both the Northern and the Southern Hemisphere.

Night is to be spent at Protea Hotel.

Day 12

You will have a relaxed morning, breakfast and massage in the Afternoon. After lunch, we will go for a city tour which will include visiting Bahai temple, (The only temple in Africa for the Bahal religion)Kabaka’s Lake, (The lake that was dug with the use of local tools by local people under the orders of the King of Buganda who wanted to connect it to Lake Victoria but intercepted when he was sent into exile.) Botanical gardens in Entebbe for bird watching, visiting beaches and later retire at Lake Heights hotel for dinner.

Day 13

After breakfast, the journey heads to Jinja via Mabira forest for nature walk where you expect to take a glance at different primate species like the Vervet, black and white monkeys and red tailed monkeys among others. Ssezibwe falls is also another attraction to look out for.

Different bird species that the forest can offer are to be encountered. After the above activity, we are to set off to Nile Village Hotel and spa in Jinja where you are to have lunch and later, relax at the amazingly beautiful swimming pool.

Late in the afternoon, we are to visit the source of the Nile, regarded as one of the longest Rivers in the world with tributaries in nine Countries before pouring its waters to the Mediterranean Sea.


After breakfast, the next activity is white water rafting on River Nile. This is graded in five classes according to the strength of rapids. It’s a thrilling but adventurous activity that involves defying all odds of water waves and rapids even though everyone always ends up falling into the water.

Later in the evening, we will drive off heading to Entebbe International Air port for your night flight back home.
